Exam and birthday

Assalamualaikum wbt,

Subhanallah walhamdulillah, already sat my Advance Strategic Mgmt paper on last Saturday. Remember that i've mentioned that i will be on 2 days leave to study in UIA, yeah, it did not happened as it supposed to.

I supposed to take leave on last Thursday and Friday, tapi lain pulak yg jadi. I came to office on Thursday with intention to finalize the budget review for second quarter and HR structure to be submitted to Group Finance on Thursday afternoon before bergerak ke UIA. I managed to submit them, but suddenly GM requested me to prepare his presentation slide for customer awareness program this week in Terengganu and Kelantan, which initially was assigned to one of managers but he could not deliver the way my GM was expecting, last last terpaksalah buat sbb GM nk review on Friday. Allah, nk buat slide presentation bukannya boleh buat main hentam keromo jek, nk kena review performance for Terengganu and Kelantan, lepas tu analyse issue, pastu nk kena buat graph...aiyyaa..byk kejenya. Jumaat pagi dtg ke ofis and submit slide presentation to GM, and discuss a lil bit pasal CAPEX review dgn project manager. Pkl 3.30 ptg baru dpt mengadap buku dgn tenangnya.

Actually i was requested to join customer awareness program kat Terengganu and Kelantan as well, but managed to escape and pass the task to Kak Marina to back me up coz i have exams. Bukannya tak boleh nk pergi, tapi pengalaman demam teruk kat Penang waktu buat program 2 tahun lepas sbb stress nk prepare for presentation and exam pada masa yang sama menyebabkan kena pk 20 kali before decide nk pergi ker tak nak. Waktu kat Penang dulu terpaksa pergi program sbb i was the only presenter from FMD yang akan berhadapan dgn corporate customers, and at the same time kena present about legal implications as replacement to En. Budi sbb dia accident time tu, in addition kena jadi koordinator and MC program jugak kat sana. And during that weekend ada mid term and project submission pulak. Bygkan terpaksa mengangkut buku teks ke Penang sbb nk prepare exam, pastu tetengah malam bangun buat project paper. Siang buat presentation, malam ada discussion dgn PDRM, so terpaksalah bgn malam siapkan project paper. Belum campur nk study lagi. Mmg stress kat sana sampai demam teruk. Last last hantar project paper lewat seminggu and tak sit mid term pun sbb demam tak sembuh. Tepon Prof kata tak leh sit exam sbb demam and kepala pening tak leh nk study walaupun balik KL 2 hari before exam. Mana taknya, makan ubat jer terus tidur, bgn utk solat and makan ubat jek. Nasib baik score A for that paper walaupun tak sit for mid term hehe..berkat kesabaran kot during that time, project paper pun dpt among the highest, alhamdulillah.

This time, tak nak menghadapi the same situation,especially aktiviti program kali ni lebih mencabar. Belah pagi and petang akan ada presentation session and bengkel, belah malam ada dinner dgn PDRM, the next day akan buat enforcement..so bila pk2 balik biler masanya nak study? Takkan Jumaat ni baru nak start study kot, mmg tak larat ler mcm tu. So i passed the task to Kak Marina. I'll be joining the next program which is scheduled at end of this month for Sabah and Sarawak. Ok jugaklah sbb masih dlm semester break. One of managers beriyer2 ajak daki Gunung Kinabalu before balik KL, tak tau ler jadi ker tak.

Ok, get back to my early story, supposed i was on leave on Thursday and Friday, tapi disebabkan ada ad hoc request by GM, makanya i have to come to work for both days padahal exam on Saturday. Mmg minggu lepas hectic sepanjang minggu sbb ada management meeting on Wednesday in which Kak Marina and I had to prepare monthly report and presentation slide, lepas tu kena buat budget and HR structure review and ditambah dgn presentation slide for GM pulak. Bukak buku untuk study 10 chapters pada pukul 3.30 petang sampai pkl 9.30 malam, lepas tu dah tak larat dah. Tidur and woke up on Saturday morning at 5 a.m. sambung study sampai pkl 12 tgh hari. Pkl 2 bertolak ke UIA, pkl 3 exam. Alhamdulillah soalan ok, manageable jugaklah nk jawab walaupun ada satu soalan 4 markah tak sure jawapan betul ker tak. Alhamdulillah walaupun last minute study, tapi ok jugaklah kot rasanya paper tu, mungkin sbb every week kena buat presentation menyebabkan some of the chapters mmg dah ada dlm kepala, so kena tackle chapters yg tak pernah buat presentation jek lagi.

This weekend akan ada lagi satu paper. Yg bestnya this week, my GM and some of the executives have gone to Terengganu and Kelantan sampai end of this week, therefore i'll have my own time to study kalau dah habis keje ofis. Hehe...relax sket ler kot this time sbb takde gangguan sgt.

Oklah yer, esok hari bersejarah for me in relation to tarikh dot dot yang Ainul tanya..naper Ainul, your baby lahir on the same date ker? Hehe, takpe takpe, kalau sama pun takpe, nanti your baby leh celebrate birthday yg sama dgn auntie dia ni hehe.

A birthday card was placed under my door this morning and i know it's from him sbb he chopped his name on the card. Tapi bukak esok ler, tak best bukak in advance ni hehe. I replied his e mail saying thanks for the wish and tanda ingatan. Sayang jugak GM kat anak buah dia hehe.

Oklah ek, need to proceed with my job, jumpa lagi esok insya Allah :)
